1. Return Eligibility & Window

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the product’s delivery date. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

  • Item Condition: The product must be returned in its original, sealed, and unopened packaging. Products that are used, opened, unsealed, or tampered with will not be eligible for return or refund.

  • Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact and attached. Products received without complete packaging may be rejected.

2. Required Documentation

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid Order Number or purchase receipt is mandatory to process any return or refund.

  • Unboxing Video (Anti-Fraud Clause):
    To validate claims related to damage, defect, or wrong item received, customers must provide a complete, unedited, and continuous unboxing video clearly showing:

    • The shipping label and unopened package from all sides

    • The entire process of opening the package

    • The claimed issue (damage/defect/wrong product) clearly visible
      Without this video proof, your claim will be automatically denied, and no return or refund will be processed.

3. Reporting Damaged or Wrong Items

You must inform our support team within 3 days of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Claims made after this 3-day period will not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a thorough inspection and claim verification (including review of the unboxing video).

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days of final approval.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

  • Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
