Shipping Policy

1. How Does the Delivery Process Work?

Once our system processes your order, the products are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition. After passing the final quality check, they are carefully packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. The delivery partners will then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. If they encounter any issues with reaching your provided address or finding a suitable delivery time, they will contact you to resolve the matter.

2. Free Delivery and Charges

• Free Delivery: Orders ₹ 450 and above are eligible for FREE DELIVERY.
• Delivery Charges: A ₹ 49 shipping charge applies for orders below ₹ 450.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Cash Collection charges of ₹ 49 are applicable on all COD orders (non-refundable).
• Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to accept the delivery, you must still pay the COD charges of ₹ 49 to our delivery partner.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• We deliver orders within 2-5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) for metro cities.
• Other cities: 2-7 business days.
• Remote locations: Delivery may take up to 7 business days or longer.
• Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and courier details. Tracking will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim, keeping all packaging and damaged goods.

6. Order Changes & Address Modifications

• Before Dispatch: Contact our customer service team to request address changes (may require verification).
• After Dispatch: Address changes are not possible. Undeliverable packages will be returned to our warehouse.

7. Holding Delivery Requests

If you expect to be unavailable for delivery, contact our customer service team before dispatch. Once shipped, deliveries cannot be held.

8. Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments due to stock availability or location logistics. COD charges apply only to the first package.

9. Taxes and Charges

All prices are final and inclusive of all taxes. Additional shipping charges apply as per the policy above.
